Your use of the Platform and Services is entirely at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for assessing whether the travel services, itineraries, or packages meet your needs and expectations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Like Tour and Travel, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or expenses arising due to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Like Tour and Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or INR 100, whichever is lower.
Like Tour and Travel shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
